Electronic hardware for the Omid soccer robots at Shahed University—my early experience of building systems as a team.

I hold a PhD in Telecommunications Systems from Shahid Beheshti University. My research in wireless communications, resource allocation and localization includes applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning to telecommunications, particularly deep and semi-supervised learning for signal-fingerprint-based localization. This work has been published in journals including IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, Signal Processing and IEEE Sensors Letters.
Alongside research, my technical experience began with electronic hardware for soccer robots and grew to include an audio communications protocol, C++ and Qt software development, and embedded C programming. An unsuccessful startup is also part of that experience. I completed the Business Administration (DBA) program at the University of Tehran alongside my technical work.
Today, I head the Telecommunications Technologies School at Hamrah Academy and host Telecom Pulse, a series of expert conversations. My current focus is on designing learning pathways and planning specialist education with academics and industry practitioners. I am interested in bringing research and systems-development experience into education that addresses real problems and professional needs.
